Product Introduction

Purpose

It is firmly bonded to the base layer, not hollow or cracked, the strength meets the design requirements, and is anti-corrosive and fireproof.

Practical performance

No complicated construction machinery and technical requirements are required during construction, and no long-term traffic closure is required. Traffic can be opened about ten hours after construction. There is no need to excavate the diseased parts, which can save a lot of construction costs, material costs and maintenance time, effectively delay the spread and spread of road diseases, and extend the service life of the road. Moreover, the color of the repaired road is close to the original cement concrete road surface, which has a better aesthetics.

Adhesion performance

It is beneficial to the adhesion ability and surface energy principle of the material itself. The repair surface reacts with the original concrete into a unified whole, thus forming a very high bonding strength. The bonding strength can reach 1.7Mpa 8 hours after construction. It can be bonded to various diseased parts. The bonding ability is basically not affected by the thickness. It can achieve 1mm ultra-thin repair, and will not fall off or break under external forces such as expansion, rolling, and pushing.

Durability

Faster early performance and higher early strength, and no decay in the later stage, many diseased parts can be eradicated at one time; the material itself has strong waterproof, corrosion and UV resistance, and its anti-aging ability is more than 5 times that of the original cement concrete. The performance decay will not be earlier than the original concrete, and it will not lose its bonding ability and compressive strength due to aging.

Compression resistance

After curing, the repair material has very strong compression and bending resistance. The eight-hour compressive strength can reach 35Mpa, and the strength continues to rise in the later period. The peak compressive strength reaches more than 80Mpa, which has a good reinforcement and support effect on the diseased parts. The repair thickness of 3mm can meet the compression requirements of non-special load roads, and will not break or fall off under high-speed and high-pressure driving conditions.

Usage

Surface treatment:

Cement   road repair material

1. First remove the loose parts of the bulging, peeling, cracking and other parts. For the parts below 3MM, the parts that are too flat and the parts with oil pollution, the roughening treatment should be carried out. The roughening method can be professional roughening equipment or manual hammering.

2. Clean the floating soil and other debris on the bottom surface, and flush it with high-pressure water. When flushing, the mud should be flushed out of the working surface and prevented from backflow.

3. After washing with water, the water should be kept on the working surface for a period of time to fully moisten the working surface until it is no longer seeping.  

Material preparation:

1. Mix the materials with water. The best effect is achieved when the amount of water added is 15%. However, the amount of water added can be adjusted according to the different repair parts and different dilution requirements, but the amount of water added should be controlled between 15% and 17%.

2. Stir thoroughly and evenly during stirring. Observe that there are no dry powder balls and bubbles. If there are still dry powder balls and bubbles, let it stand for one minute before stirring. The stirring time should be about 3 minutes, but it should not be too long to prevent solidification in the mixing barrel.

3. According to experience, it is more time-saving and labor-saving to add water first and then materials during stirring. The amount of stirring at one time should not be too large. According to the working surface and construction progress, the material stirred each time should be completed within 30 minutes.

Construction method:

1) When the repair surface is fully moistened, the surface is moist but without visible water. If there is water accumulation in the potholes, use a sponge or dry cloth to absorb the water before construction. If there is water accumulation, it will destroy the water change of the material and affect the strength; if the surface is too dry, use the method of showering and drying to moisten it again; the working surface maintains appropriate dryness and humidity to facilitate bonding and construction.

2) ①. For the repair of pits, pits, peeling, and hollows, pour the mixed material on the working surface and flatten it with a trowel. Slightly lift the forward end of the trowel to form a 10° angle with the ground, and flatten the material as few times as possible, because too many times of returning the board will cause the board to stick. If it is difficult to level, let it stand for two to three minutes before smoothing it. It is best for construction workers to preview on a small area now, understand the material characteristics before operating on a large area, and constantly summarize experience and construction skills. ②. For crack repair, if the crack is less than 3MM, it is not suitable for this material. The crack needs to be expanded to expand a better repair surface, which will be conducive to the bonding and reinforcement of the material.

3) Many construction workers are accustomed to operating with the experience of cement concrete. According to experience, the construction of this material and cement concrete is still different, but there are also similarities. The difference is that it cannot be calendered like concrete, because the initial setting time of this material is short, and it will have adhesion during the initial setting, which is not conducive to smoothing, so the material can be leveled by spreading as few times as possible; the similarity is that this material also needs to be spread densely and evenly like the concrete vibration stage, so avoid voids and faults during construction, especially at the bonding point with the bottom surface. When spreading, it is best to scrape a thin layer first, observe that each concave and convex point has sufficient material contact, and then immediately spread the required thickness. If the thick pit part is best to avoid one-time accumulation, use layered filling to achieve dense and uniform, but this link is continuous and cannot be interrupted in the middle, otherwise stratification will occur.

4) After the construction is completed, pay attention to the material sprinkling and curing to ensure that the material is fully cured and has excellent performance.

 Packaging and storage:

Packaging: 25 kg/bag moisture-proof bag.

Storage: This product should be placed in a cool, dry place and avoid moisture.

Shelf life: The shelf life of unopened products is six months from the date of production. After the shelf life, they can only be used after re-inspection.
